Anybody who has been handed a page speed score and told to do something about it. It is free and needs no account because that is the point at which most people give up.

Yes. There is no paid tier to upsell you to yet. If checkbam gets popular enough to cost real money, the paid thing will be scheduled checks and history — running one check by hand will stay free.

No, and there is not one to make. When there is, it will be for saving results and running checks on a schedule, not for unlocking this page.

The URL you type in, and nothing else. Not your IP address, not who asked. Google then loads that page from Google's own servers, which is worth knowing before you check a private staging URL.

The URL, the result, and two timestamps — deleted after 24 hours by a job that runs hourly. No IP addresses, no cookies, no access log. We count visits on our own server, and the URL you check is never part of that. Privacy has the detail.

Not as a link, deliberately. A result has no URL of its own, which is why reloading the page loses it. A screenshot is the honest way to share one.
